Booking and Cancellation Policy

• $2,000.00 deposit is required via e-transfer at time of booking. It is non-refundable and non-transferable. We do NOT accept credit card payment.
• $2,500.00. is required no later than 12 weeks before departure date. NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Remaining balance due 8 weeks before departure date. NON-REFUNDABLE.
• All guests are required to review in detail and agree to our waiver online
• In case of flight delay due to bad weather, no monies will be refunded. Groups are responsible for their own accommodation.
• Mid trip flights in and/or out are the sole responsibility of the guest. No portion of the prepaid return flight will be refunded.
• All guests are advised to invest in trip cancellation and medical insurance.
• Bedding is available for $25 per person
