Booking and Cancellation Policies

$2,000.00 deposit is required via e-transfer at time of booking. It is non-refundable and non-transferable. We do NOT accept credit card payment.
$2,500.00. is required no later than 12 weeks before departure date. NON-REFUNDABLE.
Remaining balance due 8 weeks before departure date. NON-REFUNDABLE.
All guests are required to review in detail and agree to our waiver online
In case of flight delay due to bad weather, no monies will be refunded. Groups are responsible for their own accommodation.
Mid trip flights in and/or out are the sole responsibility of the guest. No portion of the prepaid return flight will be refunded.
All guests are advised to invest in trip cancellation and medical insurance.
Bedding is available for $25 per person

Trip Insurance

We highly recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption and medical insurance to protect themselves and their holiday. Check with your provider or we can also recommend Acrea.ca.
